But here is the idea, seeing your baby for the very first time, seeing snow for the very first time, maybe a beautiful waterfall on a vacation for the first time or anything that gave you strong feelings. A thought that gave you some strong feelings that you think about will overpower the thought to light up.

Now the hard part you must to be successful be prepared ahead of time to make yourself switch to the thought that gave you a strong feeling to break the “HABIT” when you quit smoking.
